Research Tips: Database Folders and Logins

Scientists and Microscope image courtesy of El Biblioteca at FlickrCCYou most certainly know about NCLive and the large selection of online resources available through our LRC webpage but did you know about the advantages of creating a personal account for each resource? You do not need to create an account to access the resources but doing so will allow you to save searches, retrieve your search history, organize your searches, and take advantage of the search folder feature.

The account creation process differs for each resource and can usually be initiated by clicking the “create account” or “log in” button and then following the directions. If you have any questions or need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact a librarian at 828.627.4550 or via email at library@haywood.edu.
